| ‘Kalol”, a word combing words “KAL’ – “OL” .KAL means lawn’s flat area and ‘OL’ means forest area .It is the oldest historical and holy place of Maharshi Dadhichi and Maharaja Karandev who established old “Karnavati” the to-days’ Ahmedabad. Lately Kalol was under the control of Maharaja Sayajiroa Giakwad, at that time, it was developed largely. To day, Kalol has many industrial units such as IFFCO, ONGC, Jeening & Cotton Mills etc. It is now a day a place of education Promoters Kalol is on the National highway that leads up to Delhi. It is connected by Railway. The international airport, Ahmedabad is hardly 25 Kms far. |

UMIYA MATA KADVA PATIDAR EDUCATION AND SAMAJ SEVA TRUST is established in 2006 with main objective to promote professional education in Gujarat and particularly in and around Ahmedabad- Gandhinagar region. It is registered under Bombay public charitable trust act, 1950 with charity commissioner of Gandhinagar. Its registration No is E/-1238 Gandhinagar dated 2nd January 2006. The trust has acquired 18.24 Acre land for professional education purpose. It runs other institutes.

- Kalol Institute of Management and will get M.C.A. permission from AICTE to start it from 2008 June.
